In view of the applicability of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter "GDPR", we hereby inform:

3. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to take action on the examination of the application for donation. In the event of a positive consideration, personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and executing a donation agreement pursuant to art. Article 6 (a) 1 (b) (b) The GDPR and for the purpose of keeping accounts and tax records on the basis of a legal obligation imposed on the controller pursuant to art. Article 6 (a) 1 (b) C GDPR. In addition, personal data may be processed to establish, assert or defend against claims based on the legitimate interest of the administrator in establishing, investigating or defending against claims under art. Article 6 (a) 1 (b) F GDPR.
4. In the field of health data, the legal basis for processing is given consent to the processing of personal data.
5. Personal data will be processed by authorized employees and administrator contributors. The recipients of the personal data will be the entities providing the service administrator, in particular services related to the legal services, administrative service, directly related to the contract being prepared.
6. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries (not belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area).
7. Personal data will be retained for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and after termination of the contract to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator, including the investigation of possible claims, in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the processing of the application and performance of the contract. You will not be able to implement the agreement without this data.
12. Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
