2. Company Description:
The subject of the action of the WZK is the pursuit of business activities in the production and sale of Foundry Coke, mainly foundry Coke IS with granulations + 100 mm.
3. Tackling industrial failures:
The Wałbrzych coking plant "Victoria" S.A. was placed in establishments with an increased risk of a major industrial accident ("ZZR") on the basis of calculations and analyses made in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Economy of 29 January 2016. On the types and quantities of dangerous substances to be placed in the establishment, whether it is to be placed in an increased risk facility or at a high risk undertaking of a major industrial accident.
The WZK has filed a bet in accordance with art. 250 paragraph 1 of the Act to the municipal command of the state fire brigade in Wałbrzych and to the provincial inspector of environmental protection in Wrocław delegation in Wałbrzych and forwarded the crash prevention Program to these authorities.
The above documents are constantly updated and the procedures contained therein are implemented and are periodically checked during training sessions involving the employees of the plant and the field PSP units.
In line with the establishment's policy to prevent major industrial accidents, WZK has undertaken to:

5. Methods of warning in the event of an industrial failure:
How to alarm crash in WZK:
An employee who has noticed a failure immediately, as far as possible, assesses the severity of the hazard, notifying at the same time in any available way:
• Nearby colleagues
• The supervisor/master of the branch or the person replacing it.
A fire Alarm or other local hazard shall be announced by means of:
• Local alarm Syren-actuated automatically by gas detection systems or fire;
• Manual Fire Alerts (ROP); Phones Radios Messengers
• Other ways (e.g. loud cry).
As soon as the crash message is received, the master begins organizing the intervention activities, assesses the magnitude of danger and notifies:
• The company's rescue service;
• Change manager;
• State fire Brigade;
• Chairman of the WZK board.
The President shall decide on the extent of the removal action and, if necessary, refer personally or through the appointed representative to any authorities or institutions outside the WZK.
